Specialty Programs - Medical Professional
CIS's
Health Care Division has grown over the last several years to be one of our
agency's largest specialty divisions. Six individuals currently work within this
division who specialize in insurance and risk management solutions for health
care entities and individual health care professionals. CIS professionals
currently insure over 25 West Virginia health care entities from the State's
largest integrated health care delivery system, the Camcare health system, all
the way down to some of the state's smallest, rural health care clinics. In
addition to hospitals and clinics, CIS professionals also work extensively with
laboratories, home health services, independent practice associations (IPA's),
mental health facilities and other related health care industries. In addition to health care
facilities and physician practices, CIS health care professionals are also
involved with three separate programs including the Physicians Alliance of WV
(PAWV), Health Partners Network and Partners in Health (PIH). Each of these
programs involved CIS professionals in either the creation and/or administration
of ongoing insurance programs and services for health care professionals
throughout West Virginia.
Our
Automotive Services Division provides insurance coverage, risk management
solutions and legal consulting services to West Virginia auto dealers and
related industries. Currently, CIS is the exclusive West Virginia property
casualty agent for the Preferred Dealer Protection (PDP) garage insurance
program. We provide both property and casualty and employee benefits consulting
services for large and small new car automobile franchise dealerships, used car
dealerships and related service industries.
Specialty Programs

For many years, CIS has specialized in providing property and casualty insurance services for West Virginia municipalities including cities, towns, counties, public service districts or any other governmental organization. CIS is the West Virginia Municipal League's (WVML) exclusively endorsed insurance agent for property and casualty insurance services for its 250 municipal insurance members in West Virginia. CIS is also the endorsed insurance agent for the West Virginia Association of Counties. Our agency currently
provides property and casualty insurance and related risk management services
for the state's largest municipality all the way down to some of its smallest
towns and political subdivisions. Managed by our Senior Municipal Insurance
Sales Executive, Janet Buckley, CIS's Municipal Division continues to provide
insurance and risk management solutions to all municipal entities and other
political subdivisions. In addition, CIS's Employee Benefits Department has an
exclusively endorsed program with the West Virginia Association of Counties for
a dental and vision insurance program commencing.
Specialty Programs

Since 1996,
CIS has been the endorsed national insurance agent for the "Steak Escape"
Cheese Steak Franchise Restaurant System with stores located throughout the
United States. Based in Columbus, Ohio, the Steak Escape restaurant chain
partnered with CIS to create a unique and value-added property and casualty
insurance program (currently underwritten by The Hartford Insurance Company)
providing access to proprietary pricing and coverage for Steak Escape
franchisees located anywhere in the United States.
Specialty Programs - Jeweler's Program
Commercial
Insurance Services is the exclusive West Virginia insurance agent for
Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company, the largest insurance company in the world
focusing exclusively on providing insurance products and services to jewelers
throughout the country. All coverages are considered for this program including
both property and casualty and employee benefit products. Personal Insurance

Our
in-house claims staff will guide you through the claims process, follow up with
the insurance company, explain how your claim is being handled and just
generally be there for you during the uncomfortable time of submitting a claim.
